OPI: What's Your Point-settia? and Christmas Gone Plaid (and a surprise!)

*Purchased by Me*

Hi guys!  I hope you had a great weekend!  I spent it wrapping Christmas gifts, doing a little more shopping, and decorating our Christmas tree!  I still need to get my Christmas cards addressed... I always wait until the last minute for that!  Today I have 2 polishes from the OPI Gwen Stefani Holiday Collection to share with you - "What's Your Point-settia?" and "Christmas Gone Plaid."

What's Your Point-settia? is warm, bright red creme.   This collection was over half red/berry shades, so it's not hard to find a red shade that you'll like.

I'd read some other reviews that said it was a one coater, so I started to apply it with that expectation. Most one coat polishes have a thicker formula, so I was not expecting how watery this one was.  Yet it still was only one coat.

Christmas Gone Plaid is a deep hunter green creme.  This shade is a staple in most holiday collections, but strangely I did not have this color!  It's nice and dark, but not so much so that it looks black.

I used 2 coats of Christmas Gone Plaid for these photos. The first coat went on a bit sheer, and I had a little balding/streaking on that coat, but the 2nd coat evened everything out nicely.

OPI makes great cremes, and these are no exception!

And now for the surprise!  When I picked up these two polishes, I also picked up the OPI Gwen Stefani Mini Holiday Stars set to send to one of my lucky readers!  The set includes What's Your Point-settia?, along with 3 other shades from the collection - Red Fingers & Mistletoes, I Carol About You, and Kiss Me or Elf.
