Beautifully Disney - "Tangled Web" Collection

*Gift*

Greetings!  If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, then you saw that my sister got me the "Tangled Web" mini nail polish set from Disneyland.  I love these little polish sets, and try to pick up the collections when I go to Disney World.  The Tangled Web collection is made up of 4 polishes inspired by four villains.

Forever Young is based on Mother Gothel.  This is a beautiful gold polish that dries matte.  The downside is that it shows every imperfection in your nails. I would definitely recommend a ridge filler before using this polish.  The photos below show 2 coats; the first coat was a bit patchy, but it evened out on the second coat.

Drive You Wild is based on Cruella De Vil.  This silvery chrome polish has a better formula that Forever Young.  The coats went on very smoothly, and dries slightly matte.  As with most chrome polishes, it will show brushstrokes.  These can be diminished somewhat by a topcoat.  The photos below show 2 coats.

Velvet Evil is inspired by the Evil Queen.  It is a beautiful royal blue polish that has an amazing shimmer.  The formula was similar to Forever Young - patchy first coat, but evens out with the second.  The photos show 2 coats.

Lastly, we have Party Crasher, based on Maleficent.  This was my favorite of the group.  It's a gorgeous shimmery violet that had a fantastic formula.  A one coater!  It does dry matte, but I added a coat of Out the Door for the photos.

These polishes can be purchased at several different shops at Disney World and Disneyland, as well as online at DisneyStore.com.  They retail for $24.95 for the set of minis.

So who is your favorite Disney villain?  Mine is Maleficent since she turns into a dragon!

  1. I'm always skeptical with silver and gold polishes, but those looked very pretty with just the right amount of shimmer.
